Valentine's Day: Surprise me =)
Anniversary: If you're allowed, plant something in the garden. If you're not allowed, donate/place some flowers to the altar or someplace alike (e.g. statue) of your church. Doesn't have to be big, a few stems are fine. Your choice of flower.
