Exercise and Diet Plan

  1. *laughs* You made it sound as if eating veggies were a bad thing! You knooooow....cutting out soda intake would be very good too >.> Not cutting it out entirely--unless you wanted but I know you dont--but just cutting back on it. =p But yea, starches and breads add to weight. Still, don't overwork yourself too much too soon. Start out with something nice and easy. =)

    I'll post something later once I come up with an idea for the 20th ^^
